About this Event
Join Janie Seecharan, owner of Ignite Your Flow Yoga & Wellness, for an empowering and restorative morning yoga flow at Fablectics at The Mall at Millenia on Sunday, March 15th, 2025 at 10am. This 60 minute flow is beginner-friendly and will offer a holistic experience incorporating meditation and breathwork to deepen our mind-body connection and move together through a practice that supports our physical, mental, and emotional well-being - regulating our nervous systems, throwing perfectionism out the door, and finding peace within! A space where you can truly be present and simply be! Let's ignite our flow and build community one breath at a time!
When: Saturday, March 15th
Time: 10am-11am. Please arrive 10 minutes early to secure spot on the floor

Parking: By the food court.
