About this Event
What to Expect:
- Energetic flow yoga for everyone with plenty of modifications and prop use
- Mix of strength training and full body relaxation
- Release long sitting muscle tightness
- Mats and bricks are provided but you are more than welcome to bring your own
- Bring your water bottle and maybe a towel.
About Eric (he/him):
Eric is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, specializing in Vinyasa and Fitness Yoga. With more than 9 years of practice, he brings both experience and empathy to his teaching. As a cybersecurity professional who spends long hours at a desk, he understands the tension, stiffness, and chronic discomfort many people carry into class. His flows are built with intention, purpose, and a deep awareness of what modern bodies truly need.
Believing that yoga is for everybody, Eric designs each class to be accessible, joyful, and empowering. Outside the practice, he finds balance through running, tending to his plants, and exploring his creativity through painting.
