Mother's Day Special | Painted Within: bloom and shine your unique way

Painted Within is a guided creative wellness experience — a 2-hour intentional gathering where painting becomes a vehicle for something deeper: self-expression, nervous system regulation, and the rare feeling of being in a room where no one is performing.

Each session is built around a theme. The theme for this session is Mother's Day - bloom and shine in your unique way.

• What to expect

Painted Within is led by an experienced facilitator who knows how to hold space. Each session weaves guided grounding practices with open creative painting — softening the nervous system, quieting the noise, and making room for something honest to emerge on canvas.

You'll be guided the whole way — not corrected, not directed, but supported. The session closes with an optional sharing circle and a small ritual to integrate what came up. You leave with your painting, a take-home reflection card, and (usually) something you didn't expect.

• Who this is for:

This is a Mother's Day special and is specifically designed to give mothers a gift of time and space to hold for themselves, pause and connect with themselves.

We will be celebrating the growth and accomplishments of moms by painting a beautiful portrait depicting their accomplishments, their scars, and hold them beautifully on a canvas. This makes for a perfect Mother's Day gift for your mom, your friend, your wife or anyone special in your life.

No art experience required. Just willingness to show up.
