Now’s your chance to stretch, pose, and show off your yoga talents with some of the best at it - cats! Join us for a class led by Ariel Glassman as she takes you through her routine and some of our lovely shelter cats join and show you how it’s done!
About Ariel:
Ariel received her 200-Hr certification at Yoga Project. Her training is based on the Embodied Posture Method, an anatomy based, trauma-informed teaching method created Stacy Dockins. Ariel strives to teach yoga as both a physical and metal practice that is personal to every mat.
Ariel is a musician based in the Chicagoland area and enjoys climbing and teaches yoga at Movement Gyms. She hopes to someday bring her cat, Herbie, along for the adventure as a crag cat!
