Aroma Yoga is not just a yoga class – it’s a guided inner journey. Each 2-hour session blends mindful yoga, discussion, breathwork, journaling, meditation, and essential oils to support your personal growth and emotional wellbeing.
Whether you're navigating a transition, seeking more clarity, or simply craving a deeper connection with yourself, this practice is here to support you. We explore a new theme and new chakra each time, creating space for insight, release, and renewal.
✨ Class Theme: Living with Meaning & Purpose
In this session, we’ll reflect on what gives our lives direction and fulfilment. Purpose doesn’t always mean a big mission — often it’s found in the small, everyday choices that align with our values. Through yoga, breath, and inquiry, we’ll explore how to live with more intention and connection to something greater than ourselves.
🌿 Chakra Connection:
This theme is connected to the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara), the energy centre of higher connection, meaning, and spiritual awareness. When balanced, we feel a sense of belonging in the greater web of life and clarity in our path. Our practice will create space for reflection and connection to what truly matters, helping you align with your sense of purpose.

Aga is a certified Hatha Vinyasa yoga teacher, meditation guide, and transformational coach passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, breath, and deeper truth. She’s guided students through healing journeys in Mexico, Colombia, the UK, and Spain.
Her sessions merge together yoga, breathwork, energy tools, and aromatherapy to support emotional well-being, clarity, and embodiment.
