Meet for a 60 min. class where we will move with a physical practice (Asana) of yoga, sit for meditation, and study the 8 Limbs of yoga which are guideline to live your life by. We will reconnect to ourselves, nature, and each other. This is the most peaceful spot and this practice will carry you through your week.
