About this Event

Join us at Aquatopia for a unique evening greenhouse yoga experience. This 60-minute uplifting yoga class led by our talented yoga instructor, Navjit Kaur, will take place in our indoor tropical water garden oasis at Aquatopia Conservatory. Feel the healing power of our lush greenery and cascading waterfalls, relax, restore and revitalize your entire being, in our glass enclosed resort-like retreat under the winter night sky. As yoga promotes mindful eating to purify the body and mind, we will compliment your wellness journey with a delicious light vegan snack for everyone to enjoy - all catered in house by our executive chef.

* If you have one, please bring your own yoga mat as we have a limited supply at Aquatopia. You are more than welcome to also bring a small blanket for the meditation session at the end of the class*

About Gong Sound Healing Yoga

Mind swirling, body not happy and need some “me-time”? Experience the power of Gong and mantra for sound healing!

Join us for a transformative session that uses the power of sound to help you relax and de-stress. The class begins with gentle yoga warm-ups and breath exercises, followed by setting an intention as you lie down on your mat. As you unwind, you’ll be immersed in the sound vibrations of the Gong as it’s played live for 30 minutes. The session concludes with a special closing meditation with mantra to explore our collective voice and amplify your energy.

The Gong is a unique instrument that generates complex tones, capable of transporting you to an out-of-this-world experience. Within just 90 seconds, your mind has no choice but to surrender to the sound and deeply relax—resulting in a spontaneous state of meditation and healing. This is the ultimate reset button!

The Gong is a yoga teacher's therapeutic instrument for balancing the nervous system, moving energy (prana) through the body, stimulating circulation, releasing tension and blocks and opening all of the chakras. All you have to do is listen to let go and let Gong!

Beginners are welcome!

What is provided: 1 yoga block, yoga mat (limited quantity)

What to bring: yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, and any other yoga props you prefer
