Yoga to Hip Hop

We’re combining both body movement and hip-hop music in true Khepera fashion.

Participants will flow to powerful hip-hop anthems while exploring themes of freedom, unity, and the ongoing journey toward a more perfect union. This workshop session Includes opening reflection on freedom and closing group intention-setting for the next 250 years.
Attire: Please be sure to wear breathable clothing that allows for full range of movement and comfortable shoes. Participants are encouraged to embrace each workshop's color theme in their attire.
