About this Event
In this 6 week program, you will learn how and why your body holds onto stress, trauma, and emotions while also being guided through a therapeutic yoga + breathwork practice designed to help you release and recover from what you’ve been holding.
Each week will include a brief lesson, guided reflective journaling, therapeutic yoga and breathwork practice, and open time for discussion and connection.
