LUX MedSpa Sarasota is committed to giving back to the community and is proud to partner with Soul Work University to offer mindfulness classes. The event will take place in the gardens of our villa, next to the water fountain.Here are the details:
Kristen Cooper, a certified hypnotherapist, will guide attendees through a full-body meditation that includes visualization and breathing exercises to help release trauma and stored tension.
We advise attendees to bring a yoga mat, towel or beach chair to sit on, as well as water. Please remember to bring sun protection, such as a sun hat, long sleeves or sunscreen, as some areas may not be shaded.
After the meditation, feel free to stay and mingle. You can ask the staff questions about their services or chat with new friends.
As our community giveback events have limited spots, please try your best to attend if you sign up. We look forward to seeing you in the garden!
