Join us for a morning of yoga, song and community gathering to celebrate the start of giving season!
10:00am: Ashley is so excited to offer Let the Sunshine In again! Wake up with the Classical Surya Namaskar. Repeating this specific sun salutation allows your body and mind to tune in to a sacred rhythm. Ashley will guide you into deeper levels of focus as you move through your sun salutations, adding to the experience. We'll end class with an extended heart centered meditation.
11:15am: What an honor to have Shonali supporting TLC Yoga with a generous offering of Gentle Yoga / Sacred Song. This class is an accessible light-hearted exploration of foundational postures and somatic awareness with emphasis on coordinating breath with gentle movements. Accompanied by Shonali's soothing songs, this experience is meant to be nurturing, relaxed and centering. *Appropriate for all levels and ideal for beginners, also ideal to wind down after Ashley's movement class.
