Yoga Slumber PartySaturday August 16 @ 7pm
Not your typical yoga retreat, an elevated slumber party with new connections, dynamic yoga practices, food to entice our taste buds, a time for connections all in a beautiful oasis as we shift energy and set clear intentions.
Arrive Saturday evening to an opening circle. Enjoy a gentle somatic Hatha yoga practice around the pool, outdoor summer games, classic outdoor movie. Bonfire with unique s'mores and nachos for those late night munchies.
The next morning we will rise with the sun for a beautiful sun kissed Yin practice around to pool after we will enjoy a family-style brunch as the day warms up.
Closing our Slumber party with a moment of active meditation to reflect on our beautiful experiences and the memories we made all before sending you back into the wild world refueled and inspired.
What to bring
• Yoga mat, water bottle comfy clothing
• Sleeping bag/blankets, tent, blow-up mattress, pillows, toiletries, change of clothes for the next day, PJ's, swimwear and towel.
