Join us for an energizing Yoga Sculpt Class followed by a sparkling suncatchers craft!
Ritual Studio will lead a high-energy fusion class that marries yoga flow with strength training & cardio. Bring a yoga mat & some water and we will flow into crafting a glittering suncatcher with RVA Craft Club.
Level : All are welcome with opportunities to modify or amplify - both in Yoga or crafts :)
