This calming wellness session begins with a guided yoga practice led by certified instructor Rasheeda Bell, followed by a soothing sound bowl meditation to promote deep relaxation and mental clarity. The experience concludes with light refreshments and an opportunity to connect in a peaceful and welcoming environment.
