YOGA ON THE CLIFFS WITH JENERGY

Yoga on the Cliffs began many moons ago back in 2009 when I wanted to create a class that was accessible to everyone. I had been teaching and training both Yogis and Fitness Enthusiasts for a few years. I love to help people to get more clear mind body connections and move and breathe better, more deliberately with an emphasis on stability and balance.

Beginners are always welcome! I love to introduce new students to the wonders of Yoga. I take great joy in gifting students the tools to find those “A-ha” moments that are so wonderful and inspiring!

You don’t need to belong to a local gym or a studio or live or work somewhere with classes available.

You just go to a beautiful ocean view Cliffside location at Sunset Cliffs just North of Osprey St. and practice Yoga with a teacher full of wisdom that has plenty of experience and a talent for helping others understand their own bodies in ways that strengthen and heal mind, body and spirit!

Jenergy is amazing at leading creative sequences and relaxing restorative guided Savasana ending meditations too.

This 75 min Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Practice repeats every Saturday at 10:30am throughout the summer at “Osprey Point” sometimes referred to as the 2nd Parking Lot South of Pt Loma Ave or The Wedding Spot. ***Look for our purple cones in a semi circle. If you see Osprey St driving south you just passed us. Park and walk back.

We are powered by donations. A $10-25 suggested donation per person is greatly appreciated! You do need to register for your FREE tickets on Eventbrite because space is limited!

*Beach Blanket or Towel for under your Mat

*Water, sunscreen, hat etc
