Flow to the sound of the waves as you feel the sun and breeze on your skin, grass and sand beneath your feet. Yoga in nature recharges our bodies and reignites our spirits.
When: Every Thursday at 18.00
Where: near Kallis on Ribban Beach
🌸 Energising Power Flow: Boost your strength and flexibility with a dynamic flow that will leave you feeling empowered and refreshed.
🌬️ Breath Work: Harmonise your breath with the waves, enhancing your practice and calming your mind.
What to Bring: Your mat, water bottle, and a smile!
Recommended props: strap and blocks. Maybe a blanket too. Not essential but great tools to aid your practice regardless of your level of experience. =)
I stock some lightweight blocks and quality straps (DM if you are interested!)
Energy Exchange: 100kr per session. 🙏Mahalo!
Classes are taught primarily in English unless it's all Swedes in that case Swedish. 😊
