Sail into the weekend with a yogi and a poet. Join us on a wander in urban nature, with calming breathing and poetic interludes to soothe the soul in our troubled times.Kommendathuset is in a corner of Malmö where historic architecture and canals meet parkland. Home to birdlife, insects and wildflowers that flourish between the city and the Öresund Strait.
The wander takes approx 30 min. These events are for locals and visitors alike, helping us reconnect through breath and gentle imagery. Afterwards, you’re welcome to stay for tea.
Jagadeesh Arunachalam is a qualified hatha yoga teacher and mental health first-aider. He has, for many years, been committed to the practice of breath.
