All is welcomed to join this class of Yoga Nidra with Sound scape, presented by Rochelle Leaf.Yoga Nidra is a lay down guided meditation to enhance a deeper sense of self awareness .
It is a systematic process of re-wiring the body/ mind connection faculty into a deep state of relaxation.
The sound scape is a variety of musical instruments specially chosen to help this process of relaxation .
You will need to provide yourself with a list of items to bring on the night to make your experience more comfortable.
* Yoga Mat
* Cushion/bolster
* Blanket (heavier ones are the best)
* Water
* Eye pillow
Lower spine injuries will NEED extra cushion support under the knees..
This is a community event by Donation.
All Donations go back into this community offering , for Musical Instruments and continuing Yogic Studies at Rocklyn Ashram I currently travel to every three months.
