Welcome to our finale graduation classes we would love to share with you.Yoga Nidra is easy + accessible deep relaxation and so much more... Its done lying down and you are guided through various stages of the practice which holds your awareness present.
The benefits of this practice a wide and rich but here are a few
- reduces muscular tension and tiredness
- assists the body to heal
- relaxes a busy mind, focuses a distracted mind, helps the mind to concentrate and awaken its inherent creativity
- down regulates us if we feel overwhelmed or hyper-active or stressed out

The practice is around 25 - 30 minutes.
Blankets and props are provided in the space.

Directions: Parking is roadside. There is a sign as the top of the right of way driveway. Walk down and the house is behind the tall palm trees on the right. The main entrance is behind the two tall white pillars.
Pre-registration is essential to work out the places and to check in with you.
