Yin Yoga is accessible for all body types and capacities; it is a restful practice which invites in stillness and surrender. No previous experience required!
You will be guided into a Sound Bath using sacred instruments from around the globe. Each time different instruments are selected with intention for what the energies are calling forward.
This workshop invites you into a deep restful state through gentle Yin postures, followed by a soothing Sound Bath to integrate and restore.
