Come join us for a relaxing session of Yoga Nidra combined with Ear Acupressure at Sakala. Let's unwind, de-stress, and de-stimulate from the high energy of summer. Experience deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra Meditation, Acupressure and Sound Healing with this unique combination of healing modalities.
No experience necessary, all are welcome to come as you are.
Yoga Nidra by Ashley, RYT-200 ()
Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is the conscious art of relaxation. The only pose is savasana in this unique style of guided meditation, as you journey through the layers of your being to blissful serenity. Through deep stillness, this 45 minute practice of intentional rest restores your mind, body and soul. At the end of the practice, you'll be soothed in this ethereal state with healing crystal sound bowls.

Located at 1660 Gilpin St. Parking is available behind the building at dedicated Sakala spots, there is also plenty of free street parking.
What you need to bring
Wear comfortable clothes and just bring yourself as is. All the yoga mats & props are provided by Sakala. You may bring your own yoga mat if you prefer it.
