About this Event
The session begins with gentle movements to release tension.
Then you'll discover Yoga Nidra,
the easiest and most relaxing form of meditation :
Lie down, close your eyes and follow the voice.
Deep rest & nervous system reset will follow.
You'll leave renewed, grounded and balanced.
One hour of Yoga Nidra can be as restorative as four hours of sleep.
Regular practice brings noy only energy to your body,
but also peace to your mind
and light (real knowledge) to your soul.
