Just a peaceful Home Studio close to you, offering small group classes in an intimate setting.
We offer 60-minute sessions for small groups (maximum 5 students) and private classes in two styles:
🔥 Power Vinyasa Flow
An energizing, dynamic sequence where we hold poses for 2–3 breaths and transition smoothly into the next.
You’ll build strength, generate heat, and leave feeling empowered, renewed, and deeply relaxed.
🌿 Deep Flow
A slower, more mindful practice. We breathe longer and hold poses with intention, allowing the body to soften, increase flexibility, and create a deep sense of calm and serenity.
At YogaSelf, we seek connection- not perfection
