Ever feel like you're only scratching the surface?
Join me for a unique, multi-sensory afternoon where yoga philosophy meets artisanal indulgence.
In this special Manchester studio experience, we'll explore the Pancha Kosha: the five layers of the human experience, through movement, breath, meditation, and, of course, handcrafted tiramisù.
Just like the perfect tiramisù is built in layers, your wellbeing unfolds through five interconnected dimensions:
• Physical (Annamaya Kosha) - Grounded, steady Vinyasa flow to build strength and awareness
• Energetic (Pranamaya Kosha) - Breath-led movement and pranayama to awaken vitality
• Mental & Emotional (Manomaya Kosha) - Mindful sequences and heart-openers to observe and soften
• Wisdom (Vijnanamaya Kosha) - Meditative moments to cultivate intuition and clarity
• Bliss (Anandamaya Kosha) - Deep Yoga Nidra relaxation to access inner sweetness
We'll begin with an extended Vinyasa flow to energise the body and move inward, before transitioning into a restorative Yoga Nidra meditation.
And then, we'll close the afternoon by grounding together over handcrafted, small-batch tiramisù from Layr, served with herbal teas or soft drinks. A sweet ending to a deeply nourishing practice.
This event is open to all levels (some previous yoga experience is helpful), and invites curiosity, presence, and self-reflection.
Mats and props are provided: just bring comfortable clothing and an open mind.
