Let's start the day off on a "good foot"-quite literally! We will start our day with a morning meeting, reviewing current events, discussing weather, and telling everyone something good & positive! Then we begin our yoga practice, ending with meditation. All yoga moves will be able to be adapted for wheelchair users or those who prefer to sit in a chair. We have some yoga matts but feel free to bring your own! Individuals staying for our afternoon classes are welcome to stay throughout the day!

Transportation
Individuals should be dropped off and picked up, or attend with their 1:1.
