We are offering a 2 PART yoga holiday in the wonderful region of Tuscany!PART 1 promises to be great fun but is entirely optional and at an additional cost for those interested and PART 2 is the main part of the trip, 6 nights Living Yoga Holiday and included in the overall cost.
PART 1:
Saturday 29th August
We arrive into Pisa on, explore and visit the Leaning Tower and stay overnight. The next day we head over to Florence and fill our heads with Renaissance art!
PART 2:
Sunday 30th August
6 NIGHTS AT VILLA POGGIO DI GAVILLE which will include:
Train travel from Florence train station and taxi to the venue.
6 nights delightful ensuite accommodation – can be single or shared to suit you.
Use of all the facilities including the outdoor pool.
Twice daily yoga starting on Monday morning and finishing on Friday evening.
Honey and cheese tasting with expert beekeepers. There are a few bee hives on the land close to the venue - we will be introduced to them in our beekeepers suits and hats before we sample their honey :-)
An evening Tuscan wine tasting with local sommeliers from an excellent neighbouring vineyard who will visit us at the venue, (so no yoga this evening!)
Daily walks in the lovely countryside taking in the local wild horses and the lake - maybe a spot of wild swimming?!
Coffee and teas, fruit and biscuits available throughout the day.
Alcohol available in the evenings (at an extra cost).
Transfer back to Pisa Airport (by shuttle minibus) on Saturday 5th September.
