About this Event
What to bring: A mat, water bottle, body towel, and any props you'd like to use (e.g., blocks, strap). There are no bathrooms.
How to get there: Enter "Brookhaven Nature Park" in your GPS. Using the street address might take you to the wrong place (has happened with Google Maps).
Where to park: The small looped parking lot is next to the wooden deck where we'll practice. Look for the accessibility parking spot, and go to the left.
If you can't make it: Pease let me know as soon as you can. I don't offer refunds, but you will receive a one-class credit for a future class.
If the weather's bad: I'll contact you as soon as possible to cancel our outdoor class. I don't offer refunds, but you'll receive a "rain check" one-class credit for a future class.
