Move with your breath in the fresh open air, surrounded by the calming sounds of nature.
This class offers a soft introduction to mindful movement. You’ll be guided through accessible yoga postures that help you stretch, realign, and feel more grounded and at ease.
Whether this is your first yoga class or part of your regular practice, all experience levels are welcome. This class is intended to create a supportive and accessible space for the community to gather and move together.
The Event Details
Cost: $20 per participant. Your contribution supports Conestee Nature Preserve.
Age Requirement: 18+
Location: 601 Fork Shoals Rd. Greenville, SC 29605.
Parking: Meet at CNP Field Office Entrance (Entrance D on the map). [Park Map Link]
Meeting time: Gather at the entrance of the parking lot at 8:40AM and begin our short walk to the meadow at 8:45AM so that our yoga session can start promptly at 9AM.
Restrooms: A restroom is available in the parking lot.
What to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray, comfortable clothing, and closed-toed shoes for the walk to the meadow.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 3 days prior to the event for a full refund. Event changes due to weather will be communicated via email the day before.
