This is not about competition or performance—it’s about collaboration.
Fathers and sons will train side by side in a scalable, all-level workout that emphasizes teamwork, encouragement, and doing hard things together. After the workout, there will be a short, powerful message on what strength is really for, followed by a simple creative/reflection activity that helps both father and son express what they learned and commit to growing together.
The goal is simple:
Build physical strength
Build relational strength
Build memories that last
No egos. No pressure. Just effort, presence, and connection.
Strong Fathers exists to remind boys what strength looks like—and to give fathers a place to model it.
Who it’s for: Fathers and sons (ages ~8–17)
What to expect: Movement, teamwork, learning, and connection
What to bring: A willingness to try and encourage
Strong bodies. Strong bonds. Strong future.
