Yoga in the Park with Monroe Yoga 2026 🌿Join us for a one-hour outdoor yoga class where we’ll center the mind, link breath to movement, and build strength, balance, and flexibility. This class is welcoming to all levels, including beginners, experienced yogis, and prenatal students.
Children are welcome to participate if accompanied by an adult (same rate applies).
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, or towel. Props will not be provided.
📍 Location: Gregory Park, Brainerd Mn.
We will practice in the grassy area near the back of the park, closest to Holly Street & North 7th.
🗓 Starting June 6
Saturdays in June, July, and August
(No class July 4)
💲 Cost: $15 per class/student
Please sign up in advance through the Monroe Yoga Facebook event, private message, or by submitting payment via Venmo or PayPal.
Cash is accepted day-of.

Class will be cancelled if fewer than 5 students commit. Weather updates will be posted on the event and Monroe Yoga page.
Refunds will be issued if class is cancelled.
