This will be our first annual pig roast in downtown Brainerd. Held on our patio this year, will expand as needed in future years.OK so Angie's Acres will be supplying the pig for the roast as well as having their cooler trailer here to show product. You have to try some of their meat!
We will be doing a 125ish pound pig, ribs, slaw, corn bread, mac and cheese, corn on the cob and I'm gonna try home made applesauce! There will be a few different sauces to try on the pork.
We will have a limited outside bar that day as well as the full bar inside. There will also be a limited menu inside that day as well for the people that want something other than pork.
