About this Event
Yoga promotes peace and stability, while being in nature calms our minds and boosts our confidence. When we combine these two elements, something magical happens!
This class will focus on a mindful blend of strengthening, balancing, and opening poses, accompanied by the perfect amount of relaxation. You'll leave feeling recharged, refreshed, and more at peace.
We will meet in the public parking lot at 1:45 PM by Memorial Park Fitness Center on Arnot Street. Look for me holding a clipboard & sign (and an extra-large, yellow gear bag).
The class will last for one hour, starting at 2:00 PM in the park.
Please bring a yoga mat, a folded blanket, or a large beach towel, and wear comfortable, stretchy clothing in layers.
Everyone is welcome; modifications will be provided to ensure everyone can participate.
