Ready to join us? Here's what you need to know:

✔️ Registration required for all participants.

✔️ Arrive a tad early to secure your spot; class starts promptly at 10:00 AM on the Hank Aaron Baseball Fields, next to the Adams Park Recreation Center.

✔️ Parking is abundant on both sides of the baseball field and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

✔️ Bring your own yoga mat or blanket, hydrate with bottled water, shield yourself with sunscreen and bug repellent, and be prepared with an umbrella (just in case!). Most importantly, come with an open mind and spirit!
