Instructor :
Elisa is the founder of "Yogalifemore". She is a certified yoga instructor with more than 12 years of experience, a Sound healer, a breathwork facilitators and she guides meditations. She is also a neuroscience expert. Elisa has a passion for sharing the benefits of yoga, creating a safe, supportive, and transformative environment for practitioners of all levels.
