Yoga in the garden (for all abilities) - free but ticketed

We'll be outside on our lawn. Please wear comfy clothes suitable for the weather, a yoga mat / camping roll mat or large towel to sit on and a water bottle. Please arrive 15 mins before 1pm so we can start on time. Let us know, or speak to Caroline before the session, if you have any injuries or health conditions.
These sessions are fully funded by 'LCR Stands Up' thanks to the Ripple Hub and are free to both members and non-members. Under 16 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
We have a maximum of 20 spaces - please don't turn up without having booked a space.
There is free on street parking on Lochend Quadrant and surrounding streets. Please note, unfortunately, we don't have toilet facilities in the garden as we don't have mains water. The closest public toilets are in Sainsburys and Lidl at Meadowbank Retail Park (5 min drive / 10 min walk away).
