Yoga in the Fields is a weekly outdoor yoga class and social in London Fields, suitable for all levels and inspired by a need for more spaces with authentic connection at their heart.

Each class starts with grounding breathwork and a guided visualition, followed by a nourishing and accessible flow. Please expect a welcoming atmosphere where everyone is invited to come exactly as they are, and leave feeling restored and uplifted!

What's being cultivated here is beyond just a yoga class...it’s a space to connect with yourself and others, to move freely, and to step into your weekend with clarity and intention.

After the class finishes around 11.30, there's the invitation to hang around and enjoy a relaxed picnic-style social before we head off to enjoy the rest of our weekends! Please bring a mat, water, and optional snack.

As a sober space, whether you’re sober, sober-curious, or simply craving a more conscious start to your weekend, you are warmly welcome here.

Class is led by Alex (@alexandrakateyoga) — yoga teacher, ex-boozehound turned sobriety enthusiast, and trailblazer for authentic and conscious community spaces.

Exact location in London Fields will be communicated on the day. Please arrive10 minutes early for a prompt 10.30 start.
