Overview
Yoga Fusion: Signature Flow is the movement expression of The One Practice. Yoga is the foundation, and we intentionally integrate principles from Pilates, barre, calisthenics, HIIT, Animal Flow, Qigong, and traditional resistance training to build a complete mind-body practice.
What to expect
• A progressive warm-up to build heat and mobility
• Strength and control work using only your bodyweight
• A flowing sequence that trains mobility, balance, and coordination
• Breath, focus, and downshift to leave you grounded and clear
• Moderate to high intensity, with options always provided

Your role in the class
The practice is always your own. You’ll be encouraged to listen to your body, modify when needed, and challenge yourself when you’re ready.
