Furever Farm is a not-for-profit farmed animal sanctuary in Rockleigh, SA. The sanctuary has well over 150 animal residence, including pigs, chickens, lambs, sheep and cows; all with their own name, personality and needs. The founders of Furever Farm, Darren and Hayley, go above and beyond to care for the individual needs of each animal. As many arrive at the sanctuary with severe illness or injury, hefty vet bills are a constant battle, not to mention the ongoing cost of feeding everyone, particularly with the rising cost of hay. This event provides us with a wonderful opportunity to come together and use our collective power to help support the work of Furever Farm, all whilst enjoying a bit of yoga!We have 3 ticket options;
- In person: to reserve one of the limited spots in-person at Human.kind Studios
- Online: for access to the live-streaming of the class direct to your home! More info on this option down below.
- Donate: if you can't make it on the day, or if you'd like to chip in a bit extra, you can still support the cause. *PLEASE NOTE this does NOT book you in for the class. Please purchase one of the first 2 options to secure your spot!
Your class will be facilitated by Emily Bakker, a local yoga practitioner/teacher, and avid supporter of Furever Farm. Emily will guide you through a 75 minute well-rounded Vinyasa flow in the beautiful studio space at Human.Kind Studios (or from the comfort of your home if you're joining us online!). Expect to leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and empowered, For those attending in-person, please bring a towel, water bottle, comfy clothes for movement, and a yoga mat if you have one- mats will be available to rent for $3 on the day.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time to allow for set-up and the smooth flow of the event. Keep an eye out on Furever Farm's social media for updates during the coming weeks.
