Join us for Free Yoga Sessions at St. James Park hosted by Downtown Yoga Shala!
Unwind with a free yoga session every Wednesday evening from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at St. James Park. Hosted by Downtown Yoga Shala, these outdoor sessions will run for fourteen weeks, from May 20th to August 26th.
Please be sure to fill out the attached waiver.

What to Bring:
- Your yoga mat
- Towel
- Water to re-fuel yourself
Parking:
- Free street parking after 6 p.m. around the park perimeter
- ParkSJ: Third Street Garage (95 N. Third Street, between St. John and Santa Clara streets) *First 90 minutes free
