YOGA FOR THE EYES/INNER VISION – SUNDAY, JULY 7 – MONT ROYAL PARK

We will also look into the subject of opening our meditative inner perception of the here and now.
How far can we enhance our eyesight naturally by practicing the exercises? What is it like, to activate your true inner vision, beyond the limits of so-called "ordinary perception"?

The health of our eyes is vital for the quality of our life... The way we see things, affects everything.
♦️Boost the health of your eyes - as much as possible - with the physical exercises & expand the range of your conscious awareness.
♦️Make your physical vision sharper and clearer.
♦️Awaken your inner vision, the capacity to perceive beyond a limited spectrum of light, that our physical eyes can grasp and perceive as "objective reality".

We will practice a combination of Yoga "kriyas" for the eyes, the set of Yoga asanas with drishtis, mindfulness, and much more!

TIME: 2:00pm, please be punctual.
✨DURATION: approximately 2-3 hours.
✨✨MEETING PLACE: Mount Royal park, the front entrance of Smith House, next to the water fountain and a big parking lot. This is an old house with a small museum, gifts shop and a cafe.
SMITH HOUSE: 1260 Remembrance Rd, Montreal, QC H3H 1A2
(this is NOT the house next to the Beavers lake, and this is NOT the house next to the lookout point over the downtown area).
PRICE: FREE (donations are optional).
Giving things for free has its cost; any support is needed and appreciated.
✨ WHAT TO BRING: a yoga mat and a water bottle, whatever else you might need. Invite your spiritually hearted friends!
✨✨WHO CAN ATTEND:
everybody in a relatively good physical shape, capable to do Yoga asanas and simple physical movements, sit in any meditative position for 15-20 minutes.
Every practice is optional, you can always stop, take a break and continue on your own pace. The class is meant to be fun and enjoyable!
LANGUAGE: English, traduction française, si nécessaire. Nous aurons très peu de théorie, mais beaucoup de pratique!
✨ CONTACT LENSES AND GLASSES – if you wear them, please remove them during the exercises of this class.
