About this Event
Teens 14-18 learn the fundamentals of a Vinyasa sequence and pay special attention to the way breathwork enhances mental and physical strength and resilience. This class will be fun, challenging, and a great opportunity to explore a whole new activity!
Yoga is a transformative practice for people of all ages, and especially beneficial for young adults, teens and kids in creating space for creative expression, mindfulness, and connection.
Hannah (RYT) works specifically with youth and children to enhance mindfulness, body awareness, and emotional regulation through yoga and movement. As an endurance athlete, fulltime educator and instructor, and dedicated yogi herself, she is excited to introduce younger folks to the practice that transformed her life.
