About this Event
30-minutes yoga for sleep (also known as yoga nidra) class that focuses on preparing the body for rest.
This class is suitable for all-levels from beginner to advanced. It is built to calm the body and mind to prepare you for rest. You don't have to do anything but lie down on a yoga mat, couch, or bed and listen to the awareness prompts you'll be guided through. This class will either send you into a dreamland or moment for relaxation leaving you with an overwhelming sense of peace.
