Yoga for Runners: Strength, Mobility & Recovery with Rachel The Running Room
Support your running with a class designed specifically with runners in mind.Led by Rachel Krantz, specialist physiotherapist and experienced yoga teacher, this 60-minute Yoga for Runners session will help you move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-free this winter.
Expect a blend of dynamic stretches to open the hips, hamstrings, and calves, core and glute strength work to build running stability, and breathwork and relaxation to support recovery and focus.
After class, everyone will can try some electrolytes/refreshments and exclusive goodies from The Running Room!
This will be a small group class suitable for all levels (beginner and advanced yogis equally welcome) with options to adapt the practice throughout. Fitness mats will be available, though you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
