This unheated class series is designed for runners and athletes looking to improve performance, prevent injury, and speed up recovery. Every Sunday at 9:30 am from March 8th to April 26th, we will combine targeted stretching, mobility work, and breath control. Each session focuses on areas of the body most affected by running. You’ll build strength, increase flexibility, and enhance mental focus, all while learning techniques to support your running routine. Whether you're training for a race or want to stay limber and strong, this class will keep you balanced and injury-free. All levels welcome.
