About the teachers:
Jodi Proctor is a Hatha Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist (c) (700hr) with specialized training in Trauma-Informed Yoga. She believes in the power of mindfulness, movement, and community connection to support us through times of transition and the inevitable ups and downs of life. Learning about perimenopause has been transformative in her own life and inspired her to co-lead this series.
Imola Zsitvaa is a 320 hours Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga teacher with more than 18 years of experience in teaching yoga. Beyond yoga, Imola is a writer with her weekly newsletter ‘The Art of Lite Living’ that aspires to spread some light, love and joy in our current divided world by highlighting our common humanity. She is passionate about literature, languages and those simple human connections.
