Join for just one class or all four parts of this series and allow Tori to guide you through ways in which we can use the practice of yoga, on and off the mat, to reduce stress and improve well-being.Tori skillfully incorporates her background in yoga, psychotherapy and mental health research to increase your understanding of gratitude, mindfulness, non-attachment, and the breath.
Each 75-minute workshop will cover one topic accompanied by journaling and a gentle slow yoga flow.
