Back by popular demand, our introductory 1.5 hour beginner course teaches you the basics of growing microgreens. We'll discuss a little background on microgreens, their growing popularity, and where the industry is headed. Other topics will include the differences between sprouts and microgreens, nutient levels, and common pitfalls. We'll teach some tips and tricks to get you on the right path, and each participant will plant their own flat of microgreens to take home, watch them grow, and harvest fresh greens anytime you like.Advance reservations only, and the class size is limited to 8 participants.
The cost is $70. + HST, and includes supplies. Call the store for further details and to register for the evening.
