Do you struggle with back pain or mobility issues? Did you know it might be your hips?
While back pain has many causes, the health of your hips can impact how your back feels and your general quality of life.
In this 2-hour Healthy Hips workshop, we will focus on strength, mobility and flexibility. Yesica will also teach you simple exercises you can practice at home to help maintain mobility in your hips. In addition, we will work with the breath and pelvic floor muscles and learn why a balanced pelvic floor is so important.

There are no refunds. Cancellations made by 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will receive a studio credit toward services (not retail products) for the amount paid. Cancellations made after 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will not receive a refund or credit.
