Golf is a rotational sport. If your hips don’t rotate well, your back compensates. If your thoracic spine is stiff, you lose power through the swing. If your balance is off, consistency disappears.
Most golfers try to fix their swing.
This session focuses on improving how your body moves.
Anaconda Yoga and Old Works Golf Course are hosting a Free Golf Mobility Night to introduce an upcoming Yoga for Golfers program designed specifically for the mechanics of the golf swing.
During this session we will move through a simple golf-specific movement flow where you’ll:
👉🏽 Test hip and thoracic rotation
👉🏽 Explore how your body loads and shifts pressure
👉🏽 Identify mobility limitations that affect your swing
👉🏽 Learn a few movements that improve rotation, balance, and stability
You’ll also get a preview of the 8-week Yoga for Golfers series, where we build mobility, stability, and rotational power step by step to support a stronger, more efficient swing.
No yoga experience needed. This is not a yoga “class” in the traditional sense. It’s movement training designed for golfers.
Come learn how your body affects your swing and what you can do to improve it.
