Yoga for Every Body

Lu Patino of I am Luv 2 All, offers a unique yoga class designed for equestrians and non-equestrians that focuses on hip openers, shoulder mobility, and core strength. This class is appropriate for all experience levels and will be held outdoors in rotating locations across the Black Prong property.

This class is offered bi-weekly on Saturdays at 10 AM unless otherwise noted. Please check in at the resort lobby when you arrive. Lu will meet all participants at the office and will walk you to the class location for the day. Some yoga mats will be available, but if you have your own, you are encouraged to bring it and a water bottle!
